375 grams Hazelnuts OR Hazelnut butter
125ml maple syrup
4tbsp raw cacoa powder or cocoa powder




If using whole hazelnuts, preheat oven to 180 degrees and place nuts in a roasting tin and pop in the oven for 10 mins until lightly roasted.
Take nuts out of the oven, allow to cool, and remove the outer skins (helps make nutella much smoother)
Place nuts in a high power food processor and blend for 10-15 minutes until nuts completely break down to form a butter.
Add the maple syrup slowly to combine with the nut butter and then add the raw cacoa powder to the mixture and mix until your very own nutella is born! Goddess heaven!
Store in the fridge for 10-14 days or freeze for up to 3 months
