INGREDIENTS
1 banana
4 medjool dates, stoned
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup water
1 cup oats
Almond Milk
METHOD
Make your porridge as normal – mix your oats and almond milk in a large sauce pan and bring to the boil, continuing to stir to your desired consistency. I tend to guess with my almond milk – then I add some more if the porridge is too thick.
In a high speed blender, blend your almond butter, banana, water, and dates to make your banoffee mix!
Pour your porridge into a big bowl and then mix in your banoffee into the porridge!

What is the best almond milk to use? All the usu as l stuff you find in the supermarkets are full of things I cant even pronounce. Could I use Hemp instead as I can find that totally pure!
