THE VENUE
Off the beaten track and tranquil, The Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are the perfect setting for for relaxation and inspiration.
Shropshire is overflowing with unspoilt, breathtaking countryside and beautiful historic towns and our magical venue is a great base from which to explore the fabulous county-side.
We’ll be retreating to a beautiful private manor house set in over 500 acres of stunning Shropshire countryside. It’s an idyllic setting where you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful views to the dramatic Wenlock Edge.
The Manor in an award winning space, with excellent 4* and 5* facilities. You’ll be well looked after by our entire retreat team, and especially Jay who will be cooking up healthy, nourishing feasts in our country kitchen.
There is also a swimming pool, games rooms, and of course complimentary wifi should you need it.

7:45am – Juice to nourish and begin your day
8.00am – Optional yoga class
9am – Breakfast cooked by our chef
10am – Goddess Workshop led by Mel
1.00pm – Delicious lunch is served
2.00pm – Spa treatments and relaxing
6.00pm – Re-group for dinner.
9pm- Goddess Circle
THE FOOD
All of your food will be prepared fresh each day by our private chef; meals will be bursting with goodness and flavour, which will be the kick-start you need to adopt a healthy, maintainable lifestyle.
The Manor House has one double room available, and all other rooms are twin sharing with 2 single beds per room.
A few ladies choose to bring their mum, sister or a friend with them but most of our Goddesses come alone, and say having a room mate to stay up and chat with was one of surprising highlights of their weekend!
