INGREDIENTS

Makes 4

2 salmon fillets, grounded
2 Tablespoons almond meal
½ avocado, peeled seeded and chopped
Sea salt to taste

METHOD

1. Ground the salmon fillets in a food processor or chop them into tiny chunks
2. Peel, remove the seed and cut avocado into small chunks
3. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
4. Shape into desired size patties
5. Slightly grease a fried pan with olive or coconut oil
6. Grill 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown
7. Enjoy

NOTES

These are great with a mixed green salad or with some baked sweet potato fries. They’re so delish and the good fats from the almond meal and avocado chunks make them incredibly filling.
