INGREDIENTS

Serves 2


1,5 frozen banana
½ cup frozen raspberries
¼ medium size cooked beetroot (or ½ small one)
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon coconut oil

METHOD

 

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy.

NOTES

 

This is a super creamy smoothie. You can either pour it into 2 glasses and share it with one of your Goddesses or if you want to fancy it up, throw everything in your favourite bowl, top with granola and enjoy it on a Self-Love-Sunday morning.
