INGREDIENTS

Smoothie:

80g cashew nuts
1/2 banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
10g coconut nectar (1 squeeze)
200ml plain coconut milk

Topping:

50g muesli (3 tablespoons)
1/2 banana
equal pineapple
10g chopped almonds (10)
10g Chopped pecans (10)
10g mixed seeds
drizzle of coconut nectar.

METHOD


Blend:

80g cashew
half a banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
200ml coconut milk
1 squirt of coconut nectar.

Blend on half speed for no more than 30 seconds.
Pour smoothie from the blender into the bottom of your serving bowl.
Scoop 3 tablespoons of muesli into the centre of your smoothie which is already in the bowl
(as picture above)

Chop:

Half a banana
Equal amount of a pineapple and cover the surface of your smoothie (chopping small as picture above)
Chop the almonds (10) and pecans (10) up and scatter across the top of the bowl. (as pic above)
Add mixed seeds to garnish with a drizzle of coconut nectar.
Put on under plate with napkin and spoon and serve
