We are currently looking for a new superstar who is savvy and willing to learn when it comes to online marketing, social media, organisation, copywriting and email marketing. We are looking for someone ideally on US time zone (but not a necessity) and someone who can start part time for 3 months, but wants to process quickly to being full time in the team. Please only apply if you are interested in a full time executive assistant position.

You have experience in social media management, organisation, administration or assistant work.

You are friendly, warm, and fun to be around. You love personal growth, spirituality and are always hungry for more learning.  You’re punctual, organised and great at communication.  You are great at working as part of a team, but also love having your own area to take the reins with! You have excellent attention to detail and always lead with solution-based thinking, rather than problem-based thinking. You love to travel and are flexible to assist on retreats if needed. You consider yourself a great all rounder.

You will be working closely with Mel every day, helping her with the daily runnings of the business, including community management, social media, email marketing, blog posts, etc. You will have a lot of responsibilities and we will be training you up to be Mel’s right hand woman, so you will know all the ins and outs of the business at all times. You will likely also be asked to assist Mel with her events in London, and also on her retreats in Bali and South America, 2-3 times a year. So, great if you love travel, and even better if you have experience with retreats.

You are organised, self-motivated and can lead, manage and take direction. You aren’t shy about having responsibility and giving direction to others. You are passionate about personal growth, spirituality and are always hungry to learn more and grow as a person both personally and professionally. You have an excellent work ethic and strive for the best. You have great English, and good writing skills. You are a fast learner and a fast typer. You are creative, and care about the visual aesthetics of pages and emails. You are available to travel if needed and a confident, social person who loves women’s work. You can be assertive when needed, and know how to negotiate. You have a great eye for detail and care deeply about excellence. You are organised and efficient, your inboxes are kept tidy. You work well under pressure and are a great problem solver. You keep a level head if things go wrong and are great at having a positive, solution based attitude. You are well aware of Mel and her movement, her mission and her community!

You don’t feel confident in your ability to learn fast and get overwhelmed easily. You aren’t organised. Your written English is poor. You are already doing a ton of different things and this will just be a “filler” for you, work wise. You are often late to reply to people, weak at communication, or can disappear for days at a time. You do not have any experience whatsoever in any of the skills required. (Please DO NOT apply if you do not have experience in this field). This role is not open to agencies or contractors. Applications filled out by agencies or contractors who wish to expand their client roster will not be considered. We are looking to fill a full time position.

Ideally you are on US time zone, but not a must. You must be available to work 5-6 days a week. This is a part time position to begin with which will be paid on a retainer basis, but we would like you to be full time within 3 months.
This is a long term position. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with us over time.

Salary starting at $40,000+
plus
Incentives and bonuses
2-3 all expenses paid retreats or events per year in London, Bali, Costa Rica, or Tulum (to assist on)
Work from anywhere – this is a virtual position, except for retreats and events where you will be
required to travel.
2 weeks paid holiday per year.
Should you require further training than you already have, we also will pay for courses and training at our own discretion, to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.
We also like to hold an annual creative team building retreat in to help the team bond and let creative juices flow!
