INGREDIENTS

 

25 medjool dates
1 cup oats OR grain free option 1 cup ground almonds
3 tbsp raw cacoa powder or cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut powder or peanut butter
1tsp vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2tbsp water

 

METHOD

 

Place all ingredients EXCEPT the water into a food processor and pulse to form a crumbly mixture.
Add water and blend to form a dough style mixture.
Roll into balls and then roll in either extra peanut powder or cocoa powder to coat.
Place in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy.
