INGREDIENTS
100g Almonds
50g Hazelnuts
100g Buckwheat Groats
2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch Seasalt
15 Dates
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
50ml Coconut Nectar
METHOD
Blend all dry ingredients down to a powder.
Then add the Dates, Coconut oil and Coconut Nectar
