2 cups Primrose Kitchen Beetroot and Ginger Muesli
1 cup Chopped Almonds
1 Large Apple
1 Whole Chopped Banana
4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
3 Cups Almond milk (Homemade if possible)
1 Tablespoon coconut nectar
Pinch of Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Soak your chia seeds in your almond milk. Leave this to soak for around 5 minutes for the chia seeds to start to absorb the liquid.
Chop up your apple and banana and add it into your bowl along with the muesli and chopped almonds.
Finish off with your salt, coconut nectar and cinnamon – tasting as you go to get it just as you like!
