Just delicious!!!

You’re so welcome!!
My sister just showed me your website this morning! I HAD to make this, and oh my GOSH…. I’ve just gone to chocolate heaven! I didn’t have a banana, so I used about 5 dates instead. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe, I can’t wait to try all your wonderful ideas!
Finally I have tried this and it is such a super yummy treat!! Sure does the trick ☺️ Thank you Mel xxx
Yummy!!!!! Thank you so much I enjoy this treat often so good and so much healthier then ice cream and candy bars….. I have tried smoothies and mine always come out tasting to strong bit I have really enjoyed your recipes….. You should write a cook book!
Working out the ingredients on my Fitbit equates to 812 calories!
The avacado is pulling through as 322 cals and the cacao powder is 309 alone.
Remember that all calories aren’t created equal ladies! The calories in the average chocolate mousse you’d find in the Supermarket would be all fake ingredients and empty calories, but bananas and avocados are really filling and have lots of goodness in as well. Watch the Documentary about sugar on Netflix called ‘Fed Up’. It’s SO interesting!
Also, it might have healthier ingredients, but it’s still a once-in-a-while treat. 😉
Could you make this without the maple syrup? Or would it not turn out the same/taste very nice?
