INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1/2 large avocado
1 handful raw spinach leaves
2 TBSP CoYo (Coconut Milk Yoghurt)
5-7 Ice Cubes (very important to make you feel fresh again!)
Almond milk – to your desired smoothie consistency
METHOD
Blend in a high speed blender and serve!! 🙂
NOTES
I don’t know about you, but when I wake up feeling a bit fuzzy headed from too many bubbles the night before (and believe me it does happen sometimes!), I couldn’t think of anything worse than heading out for a greasy breakfast. For me, I want to flood my body with goodness straight away to make it feel human again!
So this is is my go-to Smoothie – filled with ingredients to get you bouncing straight back to feeling like a Goddess in no time! <3
