This week I wanted to share something slightly different with you – Why You Can’t Stop Bingeing On A Diet.

As many you know, much of my coaching work is in Eating Psychology and Body Image, and I work with many women who have challenging or destructive relationships with food, a long history of dieting, or disordered eating. 


I spent 7 years in the Diet / Binge cycle and this is how I finally got out of it.
