MEET YOUR HOST

Mel Wells is the Bestselling Author of ‘The Goddess Revolution’, known worldwide for helping women end the wars on food and their bodies for good.

During your Retreat, Mel will be hosting workshops throughout the week on Eating Psychology, Transforming Your Relationship With Food, Loving Your Body, Self Care, Sisterhood, Comparison, and Being your own Guru.

For anyone who desires to work on a deeper level on their relationship with food and their body with Mel, these workshops will give you the opportunity to do just that. You will also receive private coaching time with Mel during the week.

THE VENUE

The magical island of Bali, Indonesia, is known as ‘The Land of The Gods’ – so what a perfect place for a group of Goddesses to come together for a week of self love, reflection, personal growth and a sisterhood like no other.

You will be staying in a luxury 9 bedroom private villa just 10 minutes from the popular area of Canggu. This secret location is just perfect for Goddesses, with plenty of space, breathtaking views of the mountains, and a huge infinity pool for you to enjoy. The villa is cocooned by sweeping Balinese landscapes; rice paddies and gardens, and is just a short ride away from the famous Echo Beach. The villa however is completely secluded and peaceful, and also has a wonderful team of staff on hand to provide to your needs.

You can sun worship, relaxing around the 40 meter infinity pool with a great book and getting to know your fellow Goddesses, or go on an adventure exploring the local towns and seeing what the magical paradise that is Bali has to offer.

There will also be optional yoga sessions to partake in should you so desire, some fun excursions, and we have some surprises in store for you too!

Whatever your desires for this trip, know that you will have the space and time to have the retreat of your dreams, whether that means relaxing, being inspired, or having your own Bali adventure.

Feel Like a Goddess

Every day will start with freshly made juice, before an optional yoga class led by a fellow Goddess. We’ll then meet together for a leisurely breakfast prepared by our chef, before we begin our day together.

You’ll spend the mornings in workshops with Mel on wellbeing, self love, and exploring your eating psychology. With some powerful group and solo exercises you will learn some great tools to help support you on your journey to balance, health and happiness of the body and the mind.

In your free time, we will organise fun things like shopping or temple trips, or maybe you’d prefer to soak up the rays at our villa, enjoy the pool, and catch up with your reading. You will also have a complimentary spa treatment on the villa property, so you can fully relax into Bali life and feel like a total Goddess!

Afternoons will be spent in more workshops, enjoying food demos, and relaxing with your fellow Goddesses.

We will be strict on both phone use and bed time curfews as we would like you to leave feeling refreshed, well rested and completely rejuvenated.

Mel will also be organising a special excursion on the last day of the retreat to some of her favourite spots in Bali, to celebrate your success! We will also have a celebration meal at sunset on our last night together.

As well as workshops, cooking demos and optional yoga, Mel will be arranging special secret activities throughout the week to help you reconnect with your inner Goddess, welcome more self love into your life, and help you to dive deep into your understanding of your relationship with food, your body and your life. You will be in an intimate group of yourself and 12 fellow Goddesses.

THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

As soon as you are booked on, you will be put into a private Facebook Group so you can get to know your fellow Goddesses, and Mel and her team, throughout the year, and organise meet ups together, airport lifts, etc if you would like to.

You’ll need to fly into Denpasar, Bali.

You will meet your fellow Goddesses mid afternoon on Sunday 17th February 2019 or Sunday 3rd March at a location near the airport, where you’ll be met by our private driver to transfer you to our villa where Mel and her team will be waiting to welcome you! The retreat ends on Sunday 24th Feburary or Sunday 10th March and you will need to arrange flights home for this date.

If you wish to arrive in Bali before the retreat or stay longer afterwards we can recommend some hotels and areas to stay in.

The costs of the retreat include your accommodation, all food at the villa, transfers, and the entire retreat including all the workshops, 1-1 time, cooking demos with our chef, and yoga.

Your flights, travel insurance and visas are not included, and there will be optional excursions for a small additional charge. These excursions may be an island trip, beach day, or a day trip to one of Mel’s favourite treetop infinity pools in Bali.
