Shropshire Retreat | All The Details
THE VENUE
The Address: Eaton Manor Country Estate, Eaton-under-Heywood, Church Stretton, Shropshire, SY6 7DH
When you arrive at the Estate, we’re at Manor House which is down on the left, parking is all the way to the end on the right.
If you’re arriving by train, you’ll be arriving at Church Stretton station, which is a car journey away from the estate. You’ll either need to arrange a car share with another Goddess, or book a taxi in advance.
PLANNING YOUR TRIP
Plan to arrive at the venue for 5-6pm on the Friday, where you’ll be greeted by a cool glass of prosecco, so you have time to settle in before dinner at 7.30pm.
On Saturday morning, you’ll want to be up bright and early for yoga and juice, or you can have a lie in and join us for breakfast later in the dining room.
On Sunday, we’ll be wrapping up at 3.30pm, to depart the venue by 4pm. Please take this into consideration when booking trains.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Over the weekend you’ll have workshops with Mel on your relationship with your body, food and self love, workshops with Jay on healthy cooking (including some amazing raw chocolate!) and plenty of free time for you to relax, journal or explore.
Mel’s workshops will explore your personal stories, and your feelings towards yourself and your food. You are always welcome to share as much or as little as you want with the group, it’s entirely up to you. Nothing about this weekend is obligatory, you can pick and choose whatever you want to do. No pressure.
Lots of ladies from our previous retreat said that whilst they were nervous on arrival, but they left having found soul sisters and friends for life.
