We’re hiring a new Community Manager!
Read the job specification to see if this is a good fit for you. Our ideal community manager is someone who is outgoing and loves to connect with people.
This is a remote part-time position but may lead to full time in the future.
Please only apply if you are truly interested in serving the community of Mel Wells.
We are an organisation that is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment.
BIPOC are strongly encouraged to apply.
You will be working inside Mel’s 3 Facebook Groups for her programs, Feminine Force and Intuitive Eaters Academy, and her membership, The Goddess Collective, to engage with the community, organise “virtual” hangouts to connect our Goddesses, becoming their spiritual cheerleader on their journey, and have a hands-on role in improving our customer experience.
Some of what you’ll do:
- Engage with the members of Mel’s Facebook Groups to ensure that they are seen, heard, and responded to as they share their lessons, practices and “aha” moments from the programs/membership
- Organise “virtual hangouts” with the members of each program/membership so that the community can truly connect with one another in a judgment-free, no-stress and safe environment
- Establish ways in which we can engage with our non-Facebook users so they experience the goodness of our community without the need to be inside a group
- Work in collaboration with the executive assistant to support the monthly community newsletters/post community shout-outs for members who are seeing those big transformations
- Curate monthly reports to see what is and isn’t working inside the community so that we are constantly upgrading our Goddesses experience
Programs you’ll be working on initially:
